What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce CPQ Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce applications specific to CPQ, ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, and system documentation. Your role will involve staying updated with Salesforce updates and industry best practices to drive system innovation and enhance capabilities. Collaboration with project managers and stakeholders will be crucial to ensure projects are delivered on time, with priorities effectively managed and progress tracked against goals.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Salesforce CPQ Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet CPQ requirements, including product setup, pricing rules, discounting structures, and rebate management.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of product configurations, bundle setups, product rules, price rules, and rebate management processes within Salesforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation in CPQ processes.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, manage priorities effectively, and track progress against established timelines and goals.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Leverage proven experience, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related technologies.
  • Configuration and Reporting: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating reports and dashboards, as well as Salesforce CPQ and Billing configurations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment to facilitate iterative development and delivery.
  • Certifications: (Good to have) Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in Salesforce technologies.
  • Rebate Management: Administer rebate programs within Salesforce CPQ, including setup, validation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules.
  • Pricing Expertise: Knowledge of different pricing methods, including dynamic pricing, to optimize pricing strategies and configurations within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Operational Efficiency: Must be process-driven and demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Salesforce CPQ, and Billing, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
