Reports To

Global Payroll Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle the full end-to-end payroll operations ensuring timely accurate salary disbursements
• Coordinate and manage external payroll vendor (ADP)
• Process all statutory payments/returns and employee benefits on a timely basis
• Quick problem solver and able to manage employee queries
• Preparing monthly/annual schedules to Balance sheet
• Assist with Internal/External/Sox Audits
• Partner closely with HR and Finance teams

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Strong understanding on India Payroll Statutory, PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, LWF etc
• Experience on filing statutory monthly/annual returns (PTax , Etds, Form 16, etc)
• Experience in handling online PF transfer / withdrawal request
• Be an integral part of the global payroll team

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience in payroll administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP) and advanced skills in MS Excel
• Exposure to ESPP / RSU reporting is a plus
• Good communication skills with professional command of written and spoken English
• Possess high level of integrity and able to always maintain confidentiality
