What You Will Be Doing

This role entails owning, enabling, and driving programs and processes that will deliver significant value to our customers and lead to improvement in the gross/net margins of the company.

The ideal candidate will own and maintain cadence for monitoring and improving the gross margins for the services business through systems and tools, processes, and metrics. This position relies on a solid understanding of program management, operational processes and financial metrics for Day 1 and Day 2 support, including inventory management, repairs, and vendor management. The candidate will also be responsible for launching new products in the services organization.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Work with the services leadership team, review, and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization in the services organization, working with various teams within the organization
  • Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams on execution of strategy and resolution to issues.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement through data analytics to identify areas that will lead to an improvement in the gross/net margins
  • Coordinate activities and provide operational support for the launch of new services products
  • Coordinate activities and provide operational support for services readiness for the launch of products
  • Reporting out metrics and maintaining dashboards
  • Enable and support discount reporting
  • Drive the execution of strategic projects
  • Build and provide process documentation and training for stakeholders as part of launch of new products/services
  • Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field with an MBA and 8+ years of business operations or related experience.
  • Requires minimum 8+ years related experience in Business Operations for customer experience function in a technology-oriented industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Ability to coordinate programs cross-functionally to deliver on-time measurable results
  • Ability to liaise with all areas of the business
  • Self-starter and ability to drive initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work during US East Coast hours
  • Organized and super user of MS applications, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence
