Job Description

FOR OUR OFFICE IN MUNICH, WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A temporary help / Working Student Office Management, EMEA (m/f/d) - in part-time
As part of our international team, you will be actively involved in multiple activities in the areas of administration, organization and maintaining of various office management tasks. From time to time, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, external partners and customers and have an active part in the communication for all inquiries.

  • First point of contact for visitors as execution of telephone and written communication
  • Coordinate and monitor appointments
  • Procure material and external services
  • Handling mail and other correspondence
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Curious and willingness to learn and build new skills
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Open minded and friendly
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Other languages will be a plus Office in Munich
  • First experience in Office Management or Ongoing studies in any administrative field
