Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting, applicant management, and application processes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members.
  • Plan and participate in employer branding measures and events.
  • Support personnel development measures.
  • Involved in strategic HR projects and operational administrative tasks.

Profile:

  • Degree in business administration, human resources management, or labor law (other disciplines welcome).
  • Practical experience in HR.
  • Strong communication skills, meticulous, and pragmatic.
  • Team player with flexibility in HR areas.
  • Native-level German and good English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR software like Personio.
