Responsibilities:

• Lead Sales efforts
• Convince customers of innovative and complex products and services.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with municipal utilities and energy suppliers.
• Build trusting relationships with customers as an account manager.
• Support product and service development.
• Prepare market analyses and assist with research.
• Handle administrative contract processing.

Profile:

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or similar.
• Ideally, initial experience in sales or the renewable energy sector.
• Strong persuasion skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible and open to a dynamic work environment.
• Native-level German and good English skills.
