Of course, this won't happen overnight. It needs talented people like you. As Production and CAPEX Controller (m/f/d), you will establish and lead large Capex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our significant capital expenditure across the company for all significant CAPEX projects. Our asset-light business model leverages existing capacities of global industrial partners, adapting their facilities to our product needs, and driving multiple large Capex projects simultaneously.

• Be responsible for controlling in production and ensure financial transparency for important business decisions
• Support the implementation of an ERP and ideally have experience in similar projects
• Develop and optimize controlling methods and KPIs to increase efficiency in production and CAPEX projects
• Carry out cost analyses and target/actual comparisons and report to the CFO
• Be responsible for the budget and forecast process for the production area and for all CAPEX projects and advise the management team
• Ensure compliance of project management with best practice, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
• Prepare, present and review program status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership
• Completed business administration training with a focus on controlling or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production controlling and with CAPEX projects
• Sound knowledge of and interest in ERP transformations
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English (C1)
