This is a perfect opportunity for a passionate Program Manager to join our EVP department in the Data & Analytics team. This role challenges you to combine hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to make a meaningful impact. As Program Manager you will oversee and manage end-to-end data engineering and science projects, ensuring that data initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and science, and ideally machine learning, coupled with exceptional project management abilities. This role will require effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, guiding data science teams to drive the development and implementation of actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. Furthermore, in this role you will:

• Act as a spokesperson of the company’s products vision and articulate roll out plans clearly
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal colleagues
• Fully own the solutions you are responsible of, from inception to production
• Develop your product backlog and plan development work following our Scrum framework
• Ensure that projects goals are achieved as scheduled
• Partner with software engineers, and act as a driving force of the team’s efficiency
• Identify and eliminate risks and impediments, communicate regularly clear project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Thrive to deliver scalable, easy and simple solutions to end-users
• Work autonomously, develop and share your knowledge about state-of-the-art solutions on the market
• Understand, apply and help improving internal processes including related compliance ones (ISO, NIS2, SOx…)
