Job Description

What's the role?


We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager , who can work with technology leadership at AiDash, in defining and executing strategic programs across engineering teams (comprising of R&D, Application Engineering, Professional Services etc.). TPM will develop detailed roadmaps, manage multiple technology programs, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and enhance efficiency across teams.


What you will do?

Planning:

- Support technology leaders in defining short-term and long-term plans for technology groups.Create programs aligned with strategic priorities.

Roadmap Management:

- Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.

Program Orchestration:

- Manage and track multiple technology programs.

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Create a matrix to monitor specific programs and incorporate a governance system.

Weekly Business Review:

- Run the weekly business review, including identifying callouts, metric bridges, and action items.

Issue Resolution:

- Proactively identify potential risks and issues.

- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

Reporting:

- Create comprehensive program reports and presentations for cross-functional leadership.

- Highlight progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Process Improvement:

- Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, communication, and collaboration across teams.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications.

- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Resource Management:

- Work with engineering teams, for optimal resource allocation.

- Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.


What we are looking for ?

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in the technology sector.

- Strong understanding of technology development and engineering processes.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Post graduation in management would be preferred.
