E-Bike Mechanic:

As an E-Bike Mechanic at Zoomo, you'll be at the forefront of the electric mobility revolution. You'll work with a team of passionate individuals to keep our fleet of e-bikes running smoothly and ensure our customers have a fantastic riding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair e-bikes, e-mopeds, and e-cargo vehicles to the highest standards.
• Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure our fleet is always in top condition.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring riders are happy and satisfied.
• Workshop Management: Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements

• Mechanical expertise: Proven experience as a bike mechanic (electric or traditional), or transferable skills from related fields like automotive or motorcycle mechanics.
• Flexibility: Ability to work across our Cambridge Heath and Bermondsey locations.
• Technical proficiency: While not mandatory, Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics training or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge base: Solid understanding of bike assembly, repair, and maintenance.
• Versatility: Familiarity with various bike types, accessories, and the specifics of e-bikes and lithium-ion batteries.
• Industry experience: Relevant background in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible shifts and in different locations, both onsite and remotely.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Zoomo team worldwide.
• Organisation: Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for bikes and a desire to contribute to the electric mobility revolution.
