We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to drive our company's success. As a key partner, you will design and implement effective recruitment strategies, build a strong employer brand, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across various departments.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential candidates through networking, universities, and talent communities to create a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Train employees and managers on behavioral recruiting and using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Enhance the company's employer brand by partnering with the marketing department to promote the company through the company careers page, LinkedIn Create a positive candidate experience from interviewing through onboarding.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other digital tools to streamline the recruitment process and track key metrics.
- Promote diversity in the hiring process by implementing strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
- As the company grows and the budget allows, hire, lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and legal requirements in talent acquisition to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to ensure the best possible service and outcomes.
- Oversee the talent acquisition budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Start-up/growth company experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes and successfully filling a wide range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions and across various regions including EU and APAC.
- Experience recruiting for software engineers is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of using and implementing various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to make informed decisions and optimize the hiring process.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives, with a focus on building and maintaining a diverse talent pool.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a history of mentoring and developing recruitment teams.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the hiring process.
