To support our growing community, we’re looking for a Sales Expert who thrives on building relationships, driving business growth, and delivering tangible sales outcomes while keeping customers at the heart of everything they do.

🔹 Your Role

You are successful in this role if you create tangible outcomes that make Inyova more profitable while maintaining a strong customer focus.

As a Sales Expert, you will:
Jump on the phone and build trusted relationships with potential customers, guiding them through their investment journey.
Drive sales outcomes, converting leads into impact investors and growing our community.
Prioritise high-impact leads, ensuring your time is spent where it matters most.
Manage your sales pipeline effectively, tracking opportunities and progress with a clear overview.
Tailor your sales approach, adjusting the intensity of your pitch to match the customer’s needs—balancing enthusiasm with professionalism.
Maintain customer centricity, always prioritising the customer’s best interests and aligning with Inyova’s offering.

🔹 Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings:
✔️ A proven track record in B2C sales (2+ years preferred).
✔️ A results-driven mindset, with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
✔️ A proactive and responsible attitude, taking full ownership of your success.
✔️ Self-motivation and resilience, thriving in a dynamic environment.
✔️ Fluency in English and German (French and Swiss-German are a plus).
✔️ A passion for sustainability and finance – prior experience in financial services is not required, but an interest in impact investing is key!
