Job Description

Present in 96 countries, we are dedicated to changing the way the world uses energy through advanced electric vehicle charging and energy management systems. We have the headquarters in Barcelona and manufacturing facilities in Spain (Barcelona), and the US (Arlington, Texas). We are rapidly becoming a leading company in the market.

The role

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to represent our Sales Team in the Central US as we expand throughout North America.

Our Wallbox Regional Sales Managers are responsible for developing and executing sales plans, leading and motivating sales teams, and achieving sales goals in a specific region or territory. They typically oversee a team of account executives and may also work with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with overall company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • SALES & REVENUE
  • Deliver on sales quota in your region.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the assigned region.
  • Set & manage sales targets for region and sales representatives
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review Sales Force & Sales tools to support forecasting of future sales and revenue for the region.
  • Represent the company at sales conferences and trade shows
  • B2B Sales: responsible for managing complex sales cycles and negotiating major deals
  • Clear understanding of Auto, EV + EVSE Industry and variables that affect sales strategies and revenue including but not limited to:
  • Federal, State and Utility laws, regulations and codes for Assigned Region
  • Federal, State and Utility Grants, rebate and incentives for Assigned Region
  • Identify key partnerships and accounts to grow Assigned Region
  • ACCOUNT PROSPECTING & MANAGEMENT
  • Create, Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region
  • Responsible for managing complex sales cycles and negotiating key deals to grow region
  • Delegating up as needed and down based on severity of account
  • Travel as needed to
  • build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Executing sales strategies
  • acquiring new accounts
  • onboarding/training new partners
  • MANAGEMENT & TEAM
  • Hire, train, and manage account executives and SDRs
  • Ensure AEs and SDRs have a sales strategy for the Quarter and Annually - Key Accounts, Key Targets - how do we accelerate sales into our key verticals
  • Work with AEs to develop sales plans for your key customers and partners. Build multi level org charts for relationships building
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance - Provide guidance on everything from how to run an effective meeting to how to run a QBR with key customers.
  • OTHER
  • Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals
  • Represent the company at sales conferences and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of building a strong pipeline and winning business.
  • Entrepreneurial - Proven ability to solve complex problems with minimal resources.
  • Experience with previous start-up companies is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of sales tools. (Salesforce, Linkedin Navigator)
  • Accountable, Rigorous, Autonomous.
  • Eligible to work in the US.
