As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, launching and maintaining custom software tools to support everything from lab-scale R&D through to commercial systems. Working within a cross-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to own projects from conception through to deployment in support of Via's manufacturing, testing and operational needs.

As the sole software engineer within the organization, this role presents a unique opportunity to not only develop software tools but also to shape our digital strategy. You will have the freedom to explore new processes, innovate and drive change from the ground up, and have a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.
