Your Responsibilities with Us

• Structure and optimize the finance function at trawa by establishing efficient processes and tools.
• Take operational responsibility for areas such as budgeting, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and controlling.
• Collaborate with external partners like tax advisors and accountants to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement new processes and systems hands-on and continuously improve existing workflows.
• Build and lead a highly effective finance team in the future.

We are looking for a Finance Lead (m/f/d) to help us develop and drive our vision forward. You are a master of structure, passionate about building processes, implementing tools, and taking hands-on responsibility for all finance-related matters. At the same time, you think strategically and are eager to build and lead a finance team in the mid term.

What You Bring

• A degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Four or more years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling—ideally in a start-up environment.
• Enthusiasm for numbers, processes, and tools, paired with a “hands-on” mentality.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, such as tax advisors and accountants.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to take on responsibility.
