The role and your impact at TIER-Dott

We are looking for a fully qualified Accountant to join our Group FP&A function. You will take responsibility for delivery of core group processes such as budgeting and forecasting, whilst also providing business critical insight through reporting to the Group CFO and other C-Level (Executive Leadership) in a prominent role. This role would suit someone with experience as a Finance Business Partner in an efficiency - focused environment, competent in analysing financial information & an expert in communicating the story to non finance stakeholders.

• This role will be the Finance owner for HQ & overheads management, a key area of focus as part of the Group’s longer term profitability objectives
• You will have regular interaction with senior finance stakeholders including FP&A Leadership, VP Finance & CFO, along with key non finance stakeholders including C Level leadership
• Ensure close liaison with the Accounting function & undertake preparation as required to help drive timely & accurate MEC process
• Work with business owners to ensure accurate forecasting of Group overheads, whilst developing a detailed understanding of suppliers & cost drivers
• Own, develop & deliver high quality business insight around the Group’s overhead costs to support & influence strategic decision making, aligning management on run rate performance & trend analysis
• Critically review & challenge divisional plans. Ensure strategic issues and relevant analyses are brought to the attention of stakeholders & risks are identified early
• Drive, develop & own headcount economics & reporting, installing required process & driving improved headcount planning as a result
• Support on the collation and production of comprehensive monthly materials for review by Senior Leadership, the Board and our Investors.
• Proactively drive forward the development of new systems and processes to improve the quality, speed and usefulness of metrics, forecasts and financial data
• Play a key role in Group- led FP&A activities including Budgeting, (Re) Forecasting, Group P&L assessment & Investor reporting

You'll fit great with this skills and qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA
• Fluent in English language, other European languages a plus
• Experience in an FP&A / Commercial Finance / Business Partner role
• Extensive experience in data manipulation and advanced excel/g-sheets / Netsuite a plus
• Cost efficiency & process improvement mindset
• Eye for detail and dedication to accuracy
• Proactive, ambitious and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to build solid relationships across the business
• Flexible and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast and demanding environment
