Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project manager with a strong UI/UX background to support our group by ensuring the success of key analytical dashboards and software applications leveraged by Tesla Global Supply Chain teams. You will be part of a team that is managing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across all of Tesla’s Global Supply Chain Teams. The role requires the ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships with our technical engineers, supply chain, finance, internal audit, and operational teams, as you drive software implementation activities. You will interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including executives on a regular basis and hence require the ability to perform hands on operational tasks as well as strategize on longer term complex challenges. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing as well as presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to synthesize complex issues, drive desired outcomes, and influence stakeholders across functions inside and outside Tesla.
