Job Description
As a Senior Warranty and Reliability Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing service visits for adherence to the warranty policies in place, ensuring compliance and maintaining warranty standards across EMEA.
This role will ensure the success of service, by partnering with stakeholders across all functions and hierarchy, ensuring cost policy adherence. Success in this role will help Tesla maintain cost efficiency and provide a consistent service experience to customers across the region.
The role sits within the Service Process Engineering team, set up to provide an exceptional experience even in unexpected situations or evolving market landscapes. We focus on building and developing relationships with our leadership and field teams and other internal departments, to achieve the highest level of service for our customers while furthering Tesla’s mission.
