Job Description
Tesla is enabling customers to mobilize the Tesla technology in their homes, maximizing the value added by their Tesla residential products. Tesla’s growing portfolio of flexible behind-the-meter technologies and innovative customer programs are unlocking exciting new opportunities for two-way participation with the grid and accelerating the transition to sustainable energy. These customer programs require administration and support as they grow.
As a Customer Program Operations Lead at Tesla, you will oversee multiple workstreams linked to our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and Retail Electricity programs. Within this role, you will oversee automated and manual procedures connected to customer registration, billing, and payment management. Our ideal candidate would be concentrated on managing the day-to-day operations of retail power sales in Texas, as well as supporting other North American VPP programs.
