As a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern, you will have the opportunity to support our mission by assisting in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with the L&D team to create engaging content, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in L&D within a dynamic organization committed to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Support the creation of training materials, including presentations and handouts.
• Conduct research on best practices in learning and development.
• Help in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the learning experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning and Development and a passion for employee training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
