Job Description
Sustainable Comfort, Inc., located in Worcester, is a company dedicated to advancing sustainability in multifamily housing. We specialize in developing, designing, engineering, constructing, and managing multifamily housing projects with a focus on LEED, Energy Star, and Passive House certifications. We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves supporting our Property Management Department in helping property owners create healthier, more resilient, and sustainable living environments through improved practices and management.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly execute small to medium sized general maintenance projects.
- Clean-up at various multifamily residential properties in the downtown Worcester area and surrounding cities.
- Assist subcontractors as required.
- Inspect properties in portfolio for additional maintenance/construction tasks and report back to manager.
- Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment to ensure work gets done on time.
- Track all tasks through maintenance software and update as needed.
- Rotate on-call duties with other technicians and be available to respond to night and weekend emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
