Job Description

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as a new Partner Success Manager!
No matter where you are in Finland, we want YOU!
Your area of work will Finland as a whole and the position can either be based out of our office in Helsinki or from a home office depending on your location.

What does a Partner Success Manager do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy! You are the “woo-maker” of our customers, their go-to person for all things Sungrow. It’s a sales position that includes only the good parts!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job

  • Create Sungrow fans in the installer landscape and influence their purchasing behavior
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with distributors and ensure that our targets for growth and customer satisfaction are met
  • Assist account management on sales opportunities
  • Execute training programs for existing and prospective installers and distributors in order to educate them about our solutions, their unique features and the Sungrow value proposition
  • Participate in creating successful sales and marketing plans for new business initiatives and integrating those
  • Act as the voice of the customer and take ownership of their challenges and follow problems through to resolution
  • Co-create value propositions based on customer insights
  • Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads
  • All in all: Create Sungrow fans! All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Language requirements: Finnish at least C1 and English at least B2
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • Ability to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
  • Affinity to be on the road several days a week
  • Excellent skills in MS Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus Understanding and experience from the solar industry is a plusThe discourse of this decade might be overshadowed by Covid19, but sooner or later we will beat and overcome thatson of a germ, am I right?
