Job Description

  • Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, draft planning templates and scheduling of activities in projects, etc.
  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress including documentation status.
  • Administer submittal process using Sungrow or customer systems and standards.
  • Manage subcontractor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to subcontractor activities.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.
  • Ensure subcontractor payments are processed timely and in accordance with contract terms.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support project planning and budgeting.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting any issues, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department. All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
    . Electronic or electric studies GM, GS or Engineering, also valid ADE or FP (administrative)
    . Language requirements: good skills English (at least B2 level) and local language Spain (both written &spoken at C1 level). . Interview will be in both languages.
    . Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean energy industry.
    . Passion, desire, and motivation to succeed.
    . Focused and willing to manage documentation.
    . Good skills in Microsoft Office.
