This provides farmers with essential data to make optimal and sustainable cultivation decisions, boosting yield, crop quality, and soil health while saving money on inputs.As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for directly supporting customers. While helping customers, you will have the opportunity to offer insights to product, design, and hardware teams. As an owner of customer satisfaction, your job is to solve problems, communicate effectively, provide solutions and guidance to our customers.

• Work with customers to reach maximum potential while using the FarmLab
• Define and discuss soil sampling strategies with customers
• Conduct onboarding trainings and ensure customer happiness after first trainings
• Solve customer problems and provide technical support
• Discuss rental contracts with customers
• Arrange collections and deliveries
• Sort out internal space (Confluence)
• Help with new projects
• Good agricultural knowledge, or background
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Native German language level
• English language at a good level
• 1 Year experience in customer-facing role
