THE ROLE

As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage the entire project development project from initial concept to successful introduction into production. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strategic relationships with (external) partners and various stakeholder groups, leading the project team, establishing work schedules, monitoring quality, and overseeing the final delivery of projects. Alongside the technical lead, you will manage complex development projects within DAC technology.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Identify the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure their availability throughout the project.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking project expenses, ensuring projects are executed within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project success, develop risk mitigation plans, and monitor their implementation.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and report on project progress, provide updates to stakeholders and management, promptly address any deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the project team ,across departments and with contracted parties, ensuring all participants members are well-informed about project goals, tasks, and timelines.
• Documentation: Ensure the accuracy of project documentation, encompassing project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other pertinent records.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate positive relationships with project stakeholders by addressing their concerns and keeping them updated on project progress.
