THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter (Hardware Engineering) to join our team and support current and upcoming recruitment efforts for our Engineering, Product, and R&D teams. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in various (hardware) engineering fields. You will own the end-to-end recruitment processes, manage candidates and their expectations in a timely manner, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their requirements, develop strategies to fill critical roles, perform sourcing activities, build talent pipelines, provide statistical insights, and adhere to our key performance indicators (KPIs).

_* Contract duration- 3 to 4 months with possibility of extension, hourly based contract. This opportunity is open to applicants available full-time (40hrs a week) or Part-time(24-32hrs a week). * Start date- ASAP * Location- Our HQ is based in Amsterdam, but this opportunity does not meet the criteria for work permit sponsorship. _This opportunity is open to fully remote applicants or applicants who do not require sponsorship.
