Role Summary As the Staff Product Manager for Vehicle Applications Software, you will serve a crucial role within the Vehicle Software team in identifying and championing customer-centric features and experiences within the suite of Vehicle Applications. You will guide a team of cross-functional experts to deliver innovative solutions that impact all facets of the vehicle ecosystem. Success in this position requires empathetic leadership and exceptional communication skills to influence and engage teams throughout the organization—from engineering and senior leadership to business strategy and marketing communications. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate clear product vision and execute the strategy aligning with business goals. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, strategy, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure product success. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and benchmarking to discern customer needs and market trends. Project Management: Oversee product development timelines, ensuring milestones are met. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Engage with engineering, business and brand design stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features, functions and requirements. Performance Metrics: Design, build, monitor and analyze product performance against success metrics, using data to drive improvement Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on automotive regulations and compliance requirements that affect product development and launch. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $154,000-$192,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
