As part of the specialized SWAT team, the Sourcer will work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and senior leadership to identify and engage highly sought-after candidates for executive-level and critical technical roles. This role demands a strategic, proactive, and innovative sourcing approach to meet the urgent hiring needs of our leadership team. Responsibilities Partner closely with senior executives and Talent Acquisition Managers to understand urgent hiring needs and business-critical roles. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates for executive and senior-level roles, leveraging various platforms, tools, and networks. Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier passive candidates for critical roles across the organization. Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure seamless handoff of qualified candidates and smooth interview processes. Provide regular updates and reports to senior executives and Talent Acquisition Managers on sourcing progress and key metrics. Leverage data and sourcing metrics to inform strategy and optimize sourcing processes for efficiency and quality of hire. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates have a positive experience and promoting Rivian as an employer of choice. Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices, continuously improving sourcing strategies and tools to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $117,000.00 - $146,000.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
