Role Summary As the Senior Program Manager, Sales Operations you will lead the charge in creating and implementing programs, processes, and systems in response to big ideas, complex business challenges, and the evolving needs of the Sales organization. You will be one Rivian’s key builders in this department, creating programs that adapt to each project’s specific needs, ranging from rapid deployments to detailed and finely tuned. You will develop effective problem-solving relationships across the organization, collaborating closely with supporting partners and communicating effectively at all levels, including senior leadership is crucial. You thrive on tackling new challenges and establishing organizational frameworks amidst uncertainty. You will approach complex problems with enthusiasm and a spirit of collaboration, ensuring clear communication of progress, requirements, and standards.
