Role Summary The Regional Field Partner is a high-impact cross-functional role that integrates the program development and field operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience with our field service teams. Our approach to service strives to be as innovative as the vehicles we produce. In this role, you will partner closely with areas of the business that include Field Operations, Service Parts, Service Engineering/Quality, Service Support, Mobile Service, Roadside, Delivery, and Digital Products. The objective is that you become the subject matter expert on what resources are available to each of Rivian’s Service Centers and partner with them to bring feedback to the teams building these programs. You will regularly engage and capture areas of improvement with each of our service locations to ensure that our field teams have the support they need and that the resources put in place achieve the maximum impact. You will be required to travel regularly throughout your region in North America to ensure that our service field teams are poised for success and ready to deliver superior customer experience.
