Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to support our CapEx team in managing Purchase Order Creation, Reporting and Invoice Management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Capex Organization. Responsibilities Translate Coupa forms into SAP / Coupa purchase orders, manage requests queue including review and approval of purchase requisitions. Collaborate with accounting and finance to ensure accurate purchase order creation and assist Global Sourcing Managers (GSMs) with complex PO tasks. Generate weekly reports and manage key metrics related to purchasing, such as PO dwell time and open purchase orders. Monitor and resolve Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) issues via queue management Administer training sessions and provide one-on-one support to team members; also support in creation, maintenance and updating internal purchasing training materials. Offer direct customer service support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP and Coupa purchase orders. Support GSMs with vendor account reconciliation via reporting and purchase order data management Additional operational responsibilities related to procure to pay (including but not limited to risk assessments, ad-hoc reporting, data entry and P2P training documentation) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related fields is a plus Experience with Procure to Pay systems, such as Coupa and SAP Tableau experience is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and metrics management. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors (verbal and written). Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide customer service support in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite of Tools Understanding purchasing processes and supply chain concepts is a plus.
