Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking Solution Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Delivery Consultant with a strong background in program administration to join our dynamic team. Familiarity with Demand Response programs is a plus. As a Solution Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for logistics, in-field coordination, outreach event assistance, program tracking, reporting and administrative support across all key teams supporting energy efficiency and demand response in KS and MO.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the program call center in scheduling and coordinating any installations, maintenance, replacement, removal and/or inspection of thermostats in residential homes.
- Develops and maintains budget tracking spreadsheets
- Provides internal support for ad hoc budget updates/reports
- Obtains, tracks, and processes invoices from RI subs, submitting them for payment, and tracking subcontractor budgets relative to funding
- Manages invoicing/billing and tracks program budgets
- Develops and maintains accurate and timely reporting
- Assists with coordinating in-field outreach event planning
- Manages program email inbox
- Writes and maintains procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager
- Support other functions of the operations team, which can include organizing meetings and files, or assisting with marketing campaign initiatives, as needed
- Provides operational support for members of the broader team ranging from reporting and spreadsheet analysis to general administrative support requests
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, program management, customer service, contracting, accounting, or other business operations functions
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Process-oriented with a focus on streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
- Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectives.
- Independent worker capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks, proposing solutions, and suggesting improvements to existing processes related to reporting, tracking, and analysis.
- Effective under pressure, able to meet deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including strong Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to create pivot tables, write formulas, and create well-formatted charts and tables.
- Experience developing spreadsheets and systems for tracking and/or analyzing financial performance or other operational activities.
- A strong desire to continue improving skills including the ability to quickly study to learn and improve software skills and knowledge
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
Preferred skills, education and experience
- B.A. degree in business, accounting or finance, or B.A. / B.S. Degree in related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for degree.
- Experience in demand response or other utility programs is a plus.
- Located by or willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO, is preferred

The compensation range for this exempt position is $60,554 - $96,882. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity.
Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
