RABOT Energy is seeking a dynamic Product Manager for Smart Heating to join our Smartification Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing the integration of hardware APIs with RABOT's app, advancing our smart heating solutions, and enhancing customer experiences. • Ensure seamless connection and performance of hardware APIs with RABOT's application, delivering an optimized user experience.
• Leverage your expertise in heat pumps to refine and innovate our product offerings.
• Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and customer needs to inform product strategies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define and execute product strategies for smart heating solutions.
• Drive initiatives from ideation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to continually improve the usability and effectiveness of our smart heating products.
• Heat Pump Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience with heat pumps, including their integration and optimization within smart home systems.
• API Integration Skills: Proven experience in managing hardware-software API connections, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
• Product Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycles, with a focus on customer-centric optimization and innovation.
• Customer Feedback Utilization: Ability to gather, analyse, and act on customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Analytical an d Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in conducting market research and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
