Job Description

ProducePay is transforming the global produce industry into a more connected and sustainable movement. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Field Operations teams. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales processes, ensuring the effective use of our tools and systems, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Hybrid systems, process, and data management responsibilities; ensure process and tooling aligned with business needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Field Operations teams to support their needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, and People teams to ensure accurate crediting and payment of commission to sales representatives and managers.
  • Support the administration of Salesforce to ensure that territory/account assignments are accurately implemented and updated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Manage fast-moving projects in a complex, tech-forward environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define need, establish success criteria, ensure delivery, and measure outcomes of objectives.
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions cognizant of the larger organizational picture and company growth trajectory.
  • Utilize and support Commercial tech stack including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce FSL, Hubspot, Highspot, Tableau, Asana, IronClad, Docusign, and Captivate IQ.
  • Utilize Asana to manage day-to-day requests and project portfolio.
  • Understand and leverage industry best practices, fast-tracking standardized solutions for known challenges.
  • Ensure effective change management, project tracking, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of total experience in a tech company in related roles: Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Sales.
  • Expertise with out-of-the-box solutions for sales enablement, engagement, acceleration, communications, and other common sales stack technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Previous experience utilizing Salesforce to support business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus: start-ups, Salesforce administration, consulting, agriculture industry, or fintech.
