We are seeking an equally passionate Quality Assurance Manager who upholds company quality standards and implements policies and procedures to ensure achievement of quality assurance standards and procedural requirements.

Essential Job Functions

• Implement quality control processes using quality management systems
• Advanced data gathering and analysis
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Partner with First Connect leadership and production staff in quality assessment and best practices
• Organize and perform internal audits to quality system compliance
• Collaborate and share best practices with other production units
• Responsible for performing functions required for the execution of an effective Quality System
• Performs activities to resolve quality problems and continuously improve the level of quality
• Works cross-functionally and collaboratively to implement and improve policies and procedures impacting customer experience & quality of work within the contact center
• Analyzes contact center interactions to optimize quality and improve sales through point-of-install
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Accessible, open-minded, and able to work well with others; handle resistance or conflict in a productive way
• Intellectually strong, able to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and good judgment
• Customer-oriented; understands that all business opportunities start with knowing how to create value for the customer

Education/Experience

• BA/BS or combination of education, training, and experience. Military service also considered
• Previous Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Experience with QA platforms
• Solid understanding of phone technology rules; understanding of TCPA guidelines
• Experience utilizing multiple platforms
• Knowledge of solar energy field preferred
• Knowledge of Five9 dialer
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Google Office Suite also preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen

Base Salary

$25—$28.50 USD
