We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior User Researcher to join our team at Plantix. In this role, you will be responsible for research operations and conducting user research across a wide range of projects, from farmer-facing apps to our expanding SaaS and data solutions for agri-tech, insurance companies, banks, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure that our digital products are user-centered and meet the diverse needs of our users.

Your research will directly impact farmers, retailers, and industry partners as we develop innovative solutions to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability. Whether it's understanding the challenges faced by farmers in rural India, evaluating the needs of agri-retailers, or supporting the creation of data-driven products for various agri-tech stakeholders, your insights will be vital to the success of Plantix's mission.

This position requires frequent travel to rural areas across India to meet with farmers, gather insights, and conduct field research, making it a dynamic role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the farming community and the broader agri-tech ecosystem.
