About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join our Corporate Engineering Team at Planet in our Haarlem office. You will gain first-hand experience at the cutting edge of IT operations practices for a high-growth global technology company.

The candidate must have hands-on experience managing Office IT infrastructure (monitors, printers, networking, video conferencing, etc., with a mix of curiosity, passion and results driven.

This is a part time role located in our Haarlem office with up to 20 hours per week. Students are encouraged to apply!

Impact You’ll Own:

• Provide onsite support for in-office events, meeting room and workspace maintenance and upgrades
• Provide first level IT support for our users, which includes troubleshooting technical issues, answering queries, and ensuring user satisfaction
• Help us to maintain our IT inventory and assist with procurement
• Participate in projects that improve the efficiency, quality, and overall user experience with Planet internal IT services

What You Bring:

• 1+ years hands-on experience managing IT equipment (ethernet cables, access points, printers, monitors, etc.)
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and related concepts
• Experience creating new processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in English
