Job Description

As our Quality Assurance Intern you will support the Quality team by maintaining and auditing documentation across functions, screening and identifying gaps in supplier records, and assisting in risk evaluation to uphold quality standards.

  • Maintaining Documentations Across Functions:
  • Assist in organising and updating documentation related to quality processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Audit Preparations:
  • Support the Quality team in preparing for audits by organising necessary documentation
  • Participate in mock audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Screening Documentations from Raw Material Suppliers:
  • Review and assess documentation received from raw material suppliers
  • Ensure that supplier documentation meets the required quality standards
  • Identifying Missing Documentations from Suppliers:
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify and rectify missing documentation
  • Implement processes to proactively address documentation gaps
  • Assisting Quality Team in Risk Evaluation:
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to evaluate risks based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in managing and organising documentation, ideally your are familiar with HACCP standards
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Pilsen, Czech Republic, without inconvenience
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and the ability to apply insights effectively
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Czech is a plus but not mandatory NB: This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university.
