Job Description
As our People & Culture Intern, you'll be a part of our People & Culture team, assisting with various initiatives and programmes and operational support.
- Assist with posting job openings, reviewing applications and scheduling interviews
- Prepare materials for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding processes for new employees
- Support with employee engagement activities, surveys, and events to enhance workplace culture and morale
- Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous initial experience in HR management or business administration is a plus
- Proficient in Google; familiarity with HR software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Fluency in German & English NB: This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university.
