We’re looking for an enthusiastic person with solar operations experience to drive the end to end customer journey. You’ll be responsible for the growth and performance of a region and driving excellence across sales, design and customer operations.

The Solar Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of solar operations within their region. This role combines leadership, operational management, and customer-focused strategies to ensure the successful implementation of solar projects from customer enquiry through to installation. The Solar Regional Manager will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the solar journey.
