At Octopus Energy Services we are executing phenomenal growth plans to bring low carbon heating to customer's homes. We are building a UK-wide team of engineers that will inspire our customers and give them the tools to fight climate change.

We are seeking Onboarding Coordinators to facilitate and coordinate the controlled rush of supplying our growing ranks with the tools and support they will need to install greener technology in thousands of homes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all logistical elements of onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires receive a positive and smooth introduction to our business.

The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for executing a smooth and efficient onboarding and orientation experience for all new trades hires.

This role will require regular travel to our Edinburgh, Hinckley, Slough training centers, and any other location where we train in the future.
