As the Solar Field Operations Manager you will be leading a newly formed team within the residential solar PV installation business. The team's function is to survey customers' homes to check that they are suitable for solar installations. As well as improving current operations you will help to plan the strategic direction of the team, making sure your team members support the ever changing needs of the business.

You will have management of a north and south regional team lead and will work with them & cross-functional teams (sales, install support, aftercare etc) to prioritise the biggest opportunities to improve capacity and quality, and how to roll out, test and track updates to teams in the field.
