We are looking for a driven Senior Risk Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate PMO team based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

As a Senior Risk Manager in our PMO team, you will take ownership of the risk management for different projects and support the team producing Quantitative Risk Analysis on a portfolio level.

We are looking for a Risk Manager with strong quantitative skills to manage risks and apply quantitative risk analysis techniques to the portfolio of a large-scale industrial program with Northvolt Factory Programs in Stockholm. You will be part of the Program Management Office in Stockholm and will work supporting different projects, and interact with the other members of the Program Management in order to define probability rules for each key risk and opportunity, and perform a statistical evaluation of the risk profile (Monte Carlo simulation).

As Risk Manager will also cover steering and administering the risk registers, facilitating risk meetings and workshops, and ensuring proper management and close out of all project risks both within the Programs, as well as Business Risks internally up through the organization. You will be tracking and progressing the risk process within the Northvolt New Factories and supporting the ongoing update and management of the risk profile.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule impact
• Drive the risk management processes within the different programs and delivery teams, on portfolio level
• Facilitating the risk meetings and administering the associated registers when required
• Interfacing with the contractors/supplier’s risk processes
• Ensure that risk decisions and mitigations are fully communicated to the owners & management team

• Developing/managing the digitalisation (power BI) of risk registers
