  • Translate NOVO Energy’s business needs into structured, manageable solutions, ensuring they are rigorously tested and validated.
  • Plan and perform information- and training sessions.
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation including diagrams.
  • Ensure clear communication across teams to align on architectural goals and process improvements.
  • Engage with our current landscape and digital blueprint to identify optimization opportunities and drive enhancements with a focus on reducing complexity.

Skills & Requirements

We believe you are a strategic thinker and dedicated team player with a comprehensive approach to IT architecture. You are enthusiastic about engaging with the existing digital blueprint, recognizing its value, and building upon it to drive NOVO Energy’s success. You excel in collaborating with the business to define and implement processes that ensure efficient, end-to-end information flow throughout the organization. You are adept at navigating complex and ambiguous situations, making decisions that shape the long-term IT landscape, and you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the technical details. Reliability, effective communication skills, and a structured approach to your work are essential qualities we value.

  • B.Sc. IT, Computer Science or equivalent working experience

  • Fluent in English

In addition, we believe you meet the following requirements

  • Designing systems that meet security and compliance requirements, including knowledge of standards like GDPR, NIS2, and ISO 27001.
  • System integration, including APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, strategies, and goals, and the ability to align IT architecture with business needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Process Optimization: Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems, design effective solutions, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
