HOW WE OPERATE

  • Help startups test, pilot and scale their technologies, products, and services in multiple markets.

  • Provide innovative early-stage funding for promising startups from global funders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support supervisors and the team in executing green innovation programs (e.g., China’s Enterprises Overseas Decarbonization Pilot Program, Green Inclusive Finance Pilot Program). Tasks include but are not limited to data management, industry research, event execution, and community engagement.
• Implement communication strategies by independently designing and producing promotional materials for both online and offline channels, drafting content, and enhancing program visibility.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. All majors are welcome, but candidates with backgrounds in energy and finance are preferred.
2. Experience: At least one year of experience in project management, event planning, or social media operations. Experience in sustainability or technology innovation fields is a plus.
3. Skills & Competencies:
   • Strong project and time management skills, capable of independently breaking down tasks and ensuring timely project delivery.
   • Excellent writing skills for business planning documents and project content summaries.
   • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibilities.
   • Global perspective with strong Mandarin & English proficiency (spoken and written).
   • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Feishu (Lark).
   • Skills in graphic design and video editing are a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with no record of misconduct.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with strong analytical and research abilities.
• Service-oriented mindset, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently with high professional ethics.
• Proactive, eager to learn, innovative, and detail-oriented.
