We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Technical Operations with experience in management tasks as well as vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong determination, and the ability to excel in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Gather technical support needs from marketing and sales teams.
• Set up technical support for marketing and sales vehicles.
• Represent the technical operations team with stakeholders.
• Assist Service Network and Technical Operations in program management.
• Prepare and repair Lucid Marketing and Sales vehicles.
• Aid in new market launches and opening of Studios/service centers.
• Use your expertise to support a fast-paced, growing business.
• Travel as needed to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to creatively solve problems in busy customer-facing environments
• Flexible work schedule, willing to travel for Sales and Marketing (up to 100%)
• Attention to detail with a passion for positive customer experiences
• Exceptional collaboration skills with individuals, groups, and vendors
• Enjoy direct customer interaction, supporting events as technician and brand ambassador, adhering to communication policies
• Engineering degree / Certified automotive technician / Master Technician Certificate preferred
• HV Certification and EV experience preferred
• Car detailing experience preferred
• Experience supporting Marketing & Sales events preferred
• Experience in luxury automobile repair preferred
