We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Service Readiness to support the development, implementation & continuous improvement of Lucid’s Field Service programs portfolio. You will manage complex projects, drive cross-functional alignment, and engage with our Field Service teams to identify opportunities to enhance the overall performance of our Field Service network.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in the US at our Newark, CA Headquarters.

The Role

  • Support the existing Field Service project portfolio, project managing several projects in partnership with cross-functional business partners.
  • Develop processes to intake & manage Field Service operational improvement requests.
  • Create, execute, and maintain standards, policies, and programs that impact & enhance Field Service toward developing a world class service experience.
  • Leverage both qualitative & quantitative analysis, evaluating against industry benchmarks where applicable, to develop, maintain & drive different Field Service Strategy & Processes.
  • Manage the implementation, engagement & ongoing success of existing field service programs.
  • Prepare and present reporting for key business initiatives to Executive, Stakeholder, and Field Service audience(s).
  • Creation and archive presentations, both for regularly scheduled & ad-hoc meetings
  • Engage with Field Service Centers to identify opportunities for program enhancement, new projects, and support successful service center performance.
  • Maintain detailed project trackers and critical workstreams to ensure projects are completed on time, driving stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate regular updates on cross-functional business initiatives, reporting on program health, progress, and impact.
  • Support stakeholders and project teams with key updates, including preparation of presentations for senior leaders and executives.
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in project coordination, project management, and/or related function.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous Automotive Field Service experience required.
  • Prior experience leading multiple projects on-time and within budget in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment with a tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Emotionally intelligent and collaborative team player with demonstrated bias for action and ability to execute at a high level.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and/or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with project planning tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, and Confluence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excited about the future of automotive luxury and sustainable mobility
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$105,400—$158,200 USD
