We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor to join our Lucid Motors Global Security team. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellent customer service and protection of people, places and property. The position will plan and direct the security function at multiple facilities under the direction of the Security Manager. The Security Supervisor will supervise site security teams and services, lead emergency response, oversee incident response, facilitate effective inter- and cross-departmental communications, and promote team development.

You Will:

• Provide supervision and scheduling for both internal and contracted security staff and services
• Be responsible for understanding, maintaining, and using all security and fire-life safety systems (access control, video surveillance, alarm monitoring)
• Be responsible for measuring KPI’s of internal security staff
• Be responsible for measuring contract deliverables of security vendors and service providers
• Interact and provide security and emergency response training with all site business units
• Coordinate as-needed communication with local, state, and federal law enforcement, fire, medical and other emergency services
• Be responsible for responding to emergency incidents and providing medical aid
• Coordinate cross-functional training with Emergency Response teams
• Be responsible for management of the lock & key system at company sites
• Work with the Security Manager to develop policies, procedures and processes.
• Ensure protection of employees, physical assets, intellectual property, and confidential information.
• Prevent, detect and respond to criminal activity and other physical threats.
• Respond to medical emergencies, accidents, fire and other situations requiring coordinated Security response.
• Keep Global Security leadership immediately informed of information and developments throughout the company.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum of 2 years’ experience with at least 1 year with specific and demonstrated experience in similar role; or [6] years of relevant experiences with at least 2 years with specific and demonstrated experience in a similar role;
• Preferred security experience includes law enforcement, military or other emergency response experience.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have or ability to obtain a valid, certified Arizona Unarmed Security Guard license issued by the Department of Public Safety Licensing Unit
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license and dependable means of transportation
• Proven safe driving record
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain 3 months
• Ability to work in extreme conditions
• Ability to be On-Call 24/7 when needed
• High degree of care and awareness to prevent physical injuries
• Emotional control, consistent professionalism, and dependability
• Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office software
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and special events as needed
• See differences between colors, shades, and brightness
• Efficient and effective reporting skills
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to carry out foot patrols within interior and exterior, regardless of weather condition
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
