We are looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Owners Club Specialist to provide excellent customer service and operational support for the Owners Club Relations team. In this role, you will engage with Owners, assist with event planning logistics, provide administrative support and assistance to ensure a best-in-class experience.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify and coordinate with cross functional departments, and exhibit a strong understanding of empathy, professional drive, critical thinking and analysis of root-causes, while championing the Lucid customer experience. Self-motivated and resourceful individuals, with the capability to create strong internal networks will thrive in this role. The ability to develop excellent relationships with Lucid vehicle owners, as well as internal departments to effectively address customer concerns to provide remedies will be crucial.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. Key strengths we are looking for include project management, communication, attention to detail, time management, and providing exceptional support. An ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs is essential.

The Role

  • Assist in the processes, workflows, and communications for daily operations in the Customer Relations team, to build relationships and ultimately earn customer loyalty.
  • Support planning and coordination of owner events.
  • Manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Customer Relations team. Develop project plans, prepare presentations, establish milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Complete special projects and take on administrative responsibilities as needed
  • Innovate, advocate, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to address and resolve Lucid vehicle owners' questions, concerns, or escalations promptly and efficiently.
  • Cultivate customer loyalty by consistently delivering a world-class experience, exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
  • Communicate in an appropriate manner, understanding the Lucid owner profile and their needs.
  • 30-50% travel required to events and flexibility to work weekends for events.

Qualifications

  • 5 + years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in CRM management, preferably in Salesforce
  • Highly analytical while remaining empathetic, as to accurately evaluate information and provide appropriate determinations.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and highly precise. Flexible, proactive, demonstrating strong critical thinking, common sense, and innovation when situations require.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time and be available to participate in events on the weekends

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$94,000—$115,000 USD
