Job Description
Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility
At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.
We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.
Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.
The primary responsibility of the Events Manager is to oversee the planning and execution of events that promote the Lucid brand, with a focus on delivering world-class experiences across Europe. This role includes managing marketing events such as Studio Tours, 3rd Party Events, Corporate Sales Events, and Lucid Owner gatherings to drive brand awareness and engagement. The Events Manager will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with Lucid’s broader business objectives, ensuring each event supports the company’s mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage Lucid’s events across Europe, ensuring alignment with brand culture, sales targets, and marketing strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams—sales, marketing, and retail marketing and the HQ counterparts —to create high-quality events that enhance customer engagement and generate leads. Use persuasive communication to align diverse team goals and priorities.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget control.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and retail marketing, to deliver high-quality events that drive customer engagement and generate leads.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, sponsors, and event vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth execution.
- Lead post-event analysis, budget reconciliation, and reporting to optimize event ROI and identify areas for future improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams by ensuring all customer-facing personnel are well- prepared and trained for events, and manage these teams during event activations.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance event strategies and recommend scalable approaches to increase foot traffic, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all events are executed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing resources.
Develop and implement tools and activities for capturing new leads at events, managing data integration within Lucid CRM systems, and analyzing reporting and metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lucid’s products and services, understanding their value to customers and incorporating this into event strategies.
- Perform administrative duties as required and undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications: - 8+ years of professional experience in event management, with a strong focus on marketing and brand activations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-profile events in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events across various markets simultaneously.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, event marketing strategies,
and data analysis. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Europe.
Preferred: - Passion for electric vehicles, sustainable technology, and the future of mobility.
- Experience working in luxury, tech, or automotive industries.
- Strong design sense and understanding of the luxury lifestyle.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how Lucid engages with its European audience, creating memorable experiences that define the future of mobility.
